Description
This Sunday, Mike McClung shared another message from the Christlikeness series, called “Creation Groans.” It is impossible to live beyond your vision and revelation. If we are not seeing God’s ultimate purpose, it will never be realized. There are two main “visions” promoted in the Body of Christ today: one that frames everything between Man’s fall and redemption; and the other says that redemption was finished before the foundation of the world, and man’s fall did not interrupt God’s ultimate purpose – to reveal His glory and bring His rule into creation through humanity. The first one puts man at the center of God’s plans, while the other points to a higher purpose that we are included in, but reaches far beyond us. It is the fulfilling of the “father-heart” of God that lies in the center of all He does. Which view do we subscribe to?
