This Sunday, Mike McClung continued with the update of the Life in the Body of Christ Series, with Part 3. Starting in Hebrews 2, Mike explains how the objective reception of the works of the Cross bring redemption and life, however, the cursed, natural life we hold onto hinders the flow of that life in and through us. The Lord’s life, thoughts, mercy, power, justice, etc., are progressively realized as we submit to God’s order and the Holy Spirit conforms us to His image. This takes a progressive separation from our natural life and strength; i. e., a daily submission and brokenness toward the Holy Spirit.
