This Sunday, David Townsend teaches a message called, “Simple Repentance.” In it, he goes back to the foundations of who God is, who we are, and what must be done to choose life over death: namely, repent. So often in the Body of Christ, we move on quickly, dull the knife or don’t talk about repentance at all, but true, clear teaching and heart-level repentance must return to our pulpits. More importantly, Godly-sorrow that leads to repentance must return to the Body of Christ at large, because we are not ok. We’re just dull and blind.
