The full title of the last book of the bible is “The Revelation of Jesus Christ.” This means that the point of the book is to reveal Jesus Christ, much like the 4 Gospel books do. Unfortunately, most people read Revelation with either fear or analysis because they see the actions, but they hardly know the Man behind them. More information, charts or theories alone do not bring life and peace, but confusion and fear. Most people look for “Gentle Shepherd Jesus,” or “Theological Jesus” in the Book of Revelation, but He is not featured. They haven’t learned about the One “with eyes like a flame of fire,” who “righteously make war” (Rev. 19:11-12). It is this Man we must get to know because He is moving in the earth as we speak.
As John explains in the first few verses of Chapter 1, when we study Jesus Christ with the intention of obeying Him, we will know what is coming in the future, AND we will be blessed. (Rev. 1:1-3) This sounds very similar to how John ends his gospel in John 20:31, “…these [words] are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.” Below is listed an abundance of verses from Revelation that either describe the Lord or directly worship Him. They are restated into prayer form so that they can be addressed to the Lord, not simply studied. Through these we can better get to know the Man, and therefore be better prepared to obey Him as He is moving in the earth today. Since, after all, Revelation could be described as a book of current events.

You are Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead and the ruler over the kings of the earth. Rev. 1:17-18 – Lord, You are the One who ends fear for the righteous. You are the First and the Last. You are He who lives, and was dead, and behold, You are alive forevermore. Amen. And You have the keys of Hades and of Death.

So this morning I get up and sit before the Lord starting @4:44. At some point I hear, “the Lionheart”. In looking around searching for what was meant, I found myself on your site.
I just finished reading the above out loud. If you should feel Him giving you anything in reply, feel free to send.
Thank you, His beloved one, Tina
