I just recorded a prophetic perspective this past Sunday that the Lord began downloading on August 31, 2017. On that day, while out for my usual twice daily prayer walk, the Lord spoke, “Beginning October 1 (the day after Yom Kippur), you will be entering the final season of My restoration, and it will be known as ‘The Days of Recompense’”. For those who are interested, you can listen to the entire perspective free on our website by clicking here.

The Lord is going to restore all that has been lost, stolen, destroyed, perverted, etc, during these coming days to those who have faithfully persevered in obedience to the Lord, albeit a tremendous struggle and war over the last 6-10 years. All that the enemy has touched, including reputation and relationships, will be restored seven-fold (see Proverbs 6:30-31). All that has been willingly laid down or sacrificed for His name’s sake, will be restored 100-fold (Matt. 19:29-30). There will be “recompense”. But this also means that whatever we have sown in unrighteousness, unless repented of and restitution made, will bring a reaping, also. We must make things right! Psalm 118:19-20 states that the “gate” that the presence of the Lord enters into this natural sphere is the “gate of righteousness”. This is a spiritual “gate” that must be established before His presence can manifest in the natural realm. This includes judicial righteousness secured for us through the cross, but also includes experiential righteousness worked in and through the life of the believer through yielding to the leading and Lordship of the Spirit of God. This experiential righteousness BEGINS with confession and repentance, but must include restitution or the Lord would be unjust and unrighteous in blessing us while we still live in sin and rebellion. NOW is the time to make things right so the full grace, power and provision of the Lord can be released.

It is no coincidence that upon the initiation of the “days of recompense” that we would see something as heinous as what just happened in Las Vegas. When I woke up early this past Monday, Oct. 2 and found out what had happened, I asked the Lord what was going on. He said, “Another satanic principality has been dislodged, and has come down in ‘great wrath’ (Rev. 12:9-12) to take it out on the seed of the woman”. There are global, occultic forces behind what happened in Las Vegas, and have been happening around the world. The principalities of Jezebel and Leviathan were dealt a major blow in last year’s election, and have been screaming, blaspheming and trying to regain power and position ever since through lies, slander and outright violence. It is a master plan to cause as much chaos and destruction so that the people of the nations will willingly give up their entire God-given rights to be assured of “security and peace”. Thus we see the antichrist agenda to bring the unknowing masses of humanity into subjection to satanic control. But, this will not prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

Although the scripture is CLEAR that the Lord will allow the enemy his “15 minutes of fame”, in actuality, 3.5 years of unrestrained activity as we approach this end of this age. He will NOT rule worldwide as is plainly stated in Daniel 4:40-45 and Daniel 7. There will be resistance, even whole nations which will be known as “sheep nations” (Matt. 25:32-33). We are entering a time of spiritual warfare that will unprecedented in the earth, and for the most part, the organized church in western culture is grossly unprepared for it. We not only lack faith, perseverance and equipping, but real discernment to understand the battle we’re facing. However, the Lord can “balance the scales” and times (Eph. 5:14-17) in short measure if we allow Him.

The days of “unsanctified mercy” are over. This does NOT mean that the Lord’s mercy has been exhausted. His mercy endures forever and must be at the heart of everything we do. But, we have been deceived with false teaching about what the love and mercy of God entail in this day of universalism and “greasy grace”. To have mercy on that which God has no mercy is to be found in rebellion to Him. The greatest mercy that can be shown to anyone is to tell them the truth that will lead to repentance and freedom. The love of God “rejoices in the truth” (1 Cor. 13:6). It will not rejoice, condone or empower that which is against His word, His nature or His order (which includes marriage, etc.).

In the Lord’s first advent, when He was released by the Father into “full-time” ministry, He quoted from Isaiah 61: “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; he has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed; to proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord” (Luke 4:18-19). He stopped mid-verse in Isaiah 61:2. In this final season of restoration and warfare, we have entered the time of the last part of verse 2: “and the day of the vengeance of our God….” This does not speak of the Lord as a spiteful bully who wants to destroy everyone who’s wronged Him. It does speak of the justice of the Lord FINALLY being loosed on behalf of His body and bride (Luke 18:7-8) who have faithfully served Him in spite of persecution, martyrdom and slander. Thus, the days of recompense.

The intense dealing, training and discipline of the Lord in the lives of His people has been necessary for this to take place. He would be unrighteous to bless and reward His own children who live, act and lust just like those of the world do. The lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes and the pride of life (1 John 2) must to some extent be experientially dealt with before His glory and authority can fully manifest, as this same glory and authority would destroy us instead of being a blessing in the earth. 1 Pet. 4:17 states that judgment (the remedial discipline of the Lord) begins at His own house first. Now that same justice with which He has been dealing with His own can now be established externally so as to bring Him the greatest glory and destroy the works of the enemy. This is why the enemy is railing and raging as he knows it is going to be a death-knell for him when the flow of this resurrection life and power begins. Both the books of Ezra and Nehemiah have very important apostolic insight and instruction for us right now. I highly recommend re-reading them, asking the Lord to bring fresh revelation as to the season we have now entered.
